Aluminum Flexible Tape:
1.Specifications : Without Liner, Easy Application, high peel adhesion, temperature and aging resistance and water vapor resistance.

2.Aluminum Foil Tape Features:
1) Soft aluminum foil, coated with aggressive solvent-based acrylic adhesive, which provides with high peel adhesion and quick sticking.

2) Designed for sealing joints and seams of foil jacket facings in air-conditioning duct work and for fixing copper tubing in refrigerators.

3.Size: width: 24mm-100mm;
lenth: 20m-50m;
thick: 0.03mm-0.08mm.

4.Application: External package of refrigerator ,chillers and thermal insulation engineering. They are main material used in refrigerator and ice box manufactures and an important raw material for thermal insulation suppliers and agent.

5.Appearance Quality

1) Surface of the tape should be smooth and neat. Excellent thickness uniformity.

2) smooth fracture surface which the dimensional accuracy reach 0.01mm. No adhesive residue and overflow.

3) wrap up tightly, no looseness interlamination.

4) No gap or crumple between release paper and aluminum foil.

5) High peel strength, no conglutination.

6) One joint is allowed within 25m length tape. Two joints when length is over 25m.

7) Core shouldn't be out of shape, brand mark should be in good condition.
