Scroll compressor is a compressor of volumetric compression, and its compression part consists of moving scroll disc and static scroll, in addition to cross slide ring, crankshaft, bracket, and casing. Scroll disc is installed in the upper part of the casing, and there are also exhaust check valve and high temperature protection piston, bearing bracket, motor coil, electronic winding fixed bracket, suction port, motor tail end bearing bracket and other components.
The purpose of gas compression is achieved by using the relative rotational motion of the dynamic and static scroll discs to form a continuous change in the enclosed volume. The scroll stator (static disc) remains fixed, while the scroll rotor (moving disc) moves clockwise in a circular motion at 90° intervals, and the gas in the gas chamber is compressed into a high-pressure gas and discharged through the exhaust port in the middle of the scroll. The gas is drawn into the cavity between the scroll discs, and as the scroll discs rotate, the gas is compressed and discharged.
High efficiency and energy saving: Belonging to the third generation of compressors, multiple compression chambers work at the same time, the gas pressure difference between adjacent compression chambers is small, the gas leakage is small, high volumetric efficiency, up to 98%, compared with the second generation of compressors, rotor compressor efficiency is higher than the second generation of compressors about 5%. No gap volume, can maintain high volumetric efficiency operation, there is no secondary compression of refrigerant gas.

At the same time the use of exhaust to cool the motor, the use of back pressure cavity structure to balance the axial gas force on the dynamic scroll disc, the casing is high-pressure discharge gas, so that the exhaust pressure pulsation is small, and thus the vibration and noise are very small.

Good sealing: Axial and radial flexible structure improves productivity and ensures that the sealing effect of axial gap and radial gap is not reduced by friction and wear. The sealing strips on the end contact part of the dynamic and static scroll discs are pressed by axial back pressure to achieve good sealing effect with the help of refrigeration oil, and when the end plane of the sealing strips is worn out, it can be compensated automatically along the axial direction.
