Product Description

Full-auto two-layer water immerse autoclave has top & bottom pots. Top one is to save water and bottom one for sterilization. After packed food entered the sterilization pot the pre-heated sterilization water from pot comes into the bottom sterilization pot and immerse all the food in the pot. Then circulating pump force the high temperature water in the pot to recycle regularly.During the running steam continually heats them to the designated temperature to proceed packed food sterilization purpose. The high temperature water recycles to the top pot after sterilization finished and the coolant water input directly to the bottom pot from outside to finish cooling process.

Working Principle

  Food into the sterilization pot, the tank of germicidal water into the tank, soaked in all food, the use of circulating pump circulating hot water, heating cycle to generate steam in order to achieve sterilization of packaged foods. After completion of sterilization hot water is recovered on the tank, the outside world of cold water directly into the pot, to complete the cooling.
